To add a representative on the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) My Account, you can follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in to My Account:
    • Go to the CRA My Account login page.
    • Enter your credentials to log in. If you don’t have an account, you will need to register first.
  2. Access the “Authorize or manage representatives” section:
    • Once logged in, navigate to the “Profile” section
    • Click on “Authorize or manage representatives.”
  3. Add a representative:
    • Click on the “Authorize new representative” button.
    • Authorize us by adding BN (Business number) 863251567
    • Provide Level 2 access
    • Provide online access
  4. Review and confirm:
    • Review the information to ensure it’s correct.
    • Submit the authorization request.
